Sing it!

Zane has started to sing along to some children's songs. I found out they have been singing this one at his sitter's house. Here is one small clip of his talent. :)

SNOW DAY!!

So I finally got my first snow day of the year today. I have really been wanting one as it is the last year that Ohio schools will have their five free days to miss and not have to make up. Zane and I had some fun outside, though he spent all of his time on the sidewalk and porch. The snow was too deep for him! :) I also tried to give him a sled ride which went all wrong. The snow was so deep that he ended up practically vertical and was having no fun! :) Here are some pics of our time outside.

Helping Mommy

Oh how I wish he could clean for me all the time! Actually, there is another man in my life who helps out a lot! I have a wonderful husband! This day, my mom was over, and she and Zane were sweeping when I came home from working a school for a bit.

Zane wanted to try his hand at Facebook, so here he is typing away. We should get him a baby laptop I suppose. ;)

18 Months - Been Awhile

So, it has been awhile since I have posted anything....about 5 months to be exact. I am going to try to do better, but with school starting, and having a slow computer at home....the blog just got left behind.

Here is my favorite shot from Zane's 18 month "photo shoot." It shows that he is turning into a big boy. It also shows how he has all 8 front teeth and his molars(though you can only see one). I hope to post more about what has happened in the past five months at a later time.

Last night for supper we had corn from my grandma's garden. We decided to see what Zane would do with it. Let's just let the pictures tell you about it..."Let's try this..."
